FAQs
Questions Anchorage owners ask us
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes. Heavy pet hair takes extra time and is quoted separately, but embedded hair is removed with dedicated tools and extraction.
Will shampooing leave my carpets wet?
Hot-water extraction pulls most moisture back out. Interiors are dried before handover, though heavy extraction can stay slightly damp for a few hours.
Do you treat odors?
Light odors improve with a deep clean. Persistent odors are handled through our Odor, Stain & Contamination Removal service.
Is leather safe?
Yes. Leather, vinyl and plastics are cleaned with pH-appropriate products and finished with a non-greasy protectant.
Important note
Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition. Vehicles with heavy buildup, stains, pet hair, or excessive dirt may require additional time and adjustment in price to ensure proper results.
